One unexpected silver lining of Kentucky Shakespeare Festival's cancellation of 2020's 60th anniversary season was their ambitious undertaking of this film celebration of the company's past, present, and future. I was delighted to spend a week this summer playing in the park as a fairy, a witch, and Hamlet. Featured here is my rendition of my favorite of Hamlet's speeches.
Speaking of Covid-era pivots... Our industry showcase at Actors Theatre of Louisville went virtual this year! Featured in this video is my scene partner, Kaitlyn Boyer, and I doing The Cake by Bekah Brunstetter. Through an intricate web of Zoom, screen mirroring, image combination, and a whole lot of brilliant minds at Actors Theatre, we filmed an intimate scene in bed-- from opposite parts of the country. Here is a small cut of the scene, but feel free to reach out if you'd like to see the full version!
Through Heyman Talent Agency, I was able to work with Democratic U.S. Senate candidate, Mike Broihier on this PSA. I'm always delighted when my love of acting can be combined with my passion for social justice and advocating for local/national/global policy change, so this job was particularly special to me!

Beginning at 3:25, you can follow me to my dressing room and learn more about the blood effects, costume magic, and village of people it takes to bring this iconic and beloved Louisville tradition to life.
